Royal Performance

Finally, the day we had arrived…. A performance of a lifetime for Her Majesty the Queen. It was 2011 and a very early start in the morning. The occasion is the naming ceremony of the new luxury Cunard cruise liner Queen Elizabeth in Southampton. With an audience full of celebrities and dignitaries we waited with anticipation for The Queens arrival. The Band and I struck up with a fantastic selection of Big Band Swing  glorious arrangements from the American Songbook some of Sinatra’s finest hits plus some modern Michael Buble tunes.

Cruising in such style and elegance has certainly been one of the highlights so far in my performing career and I have been blessed by performing for many high class cruise lines but if cruising is not your thing then a night at The Savoy in London will certainly transform you back to a time of elegance and Deco style. The Ballroom in particular have amazing charm. The Band and I have performed at this truly lovely venue many many times.

If it’s an ultra-modern setting you would love to hold your event and budget is no problem, then the Jumeriah Beach hotel in Dubai is for you. A modern venue with such beautiful surroundings and amazing guest service it can’t fail to impress. Having performed at many New Year’s Eve Celebrations here I can tell you they know how to party !

If you would like an informal chat about the best hotel to hold your event then please feel free to make contact we have performed at all the Top London Hotel’s plus many many hotels in the Home Counties plus venue’s up and down the country Gleneagles, Goodwood House to name but a few.
